“What Is Real, Lasting Motivation?”
Ken had a very nagging feeling that just wouldn’t leave him alone. Right after he had his coffee each morning he’d start to stress over his ideas. As he was having his bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit something would scurry across his mind and sort of punch him in the ear. Then, as he was finishing his shower and about to head out the door to work, it hit him the hardest. Was this the lasting motivation I’m talking about? No…it was Ken’s lasting frustration.
Big difference!
You see; Ken had some great ideas about marketing a new product and online business, but he couldn’t get past the idea point. Maybe you know what I’m talking about…that point where you can’t seem to get something out of your head, but you don’t know where to go from here. Then days pass…then weeks…then maybe even a few months, and you realize you can’t get off that hump that holds you back.
Unfortunately; that’s where so many people stop. And their ideas stop with them. And their dreams, wants, and desires. Listen up. Don’t let that happen to you. Please! You really don’t have to let it happen, and there are great ways to be sure you won’t fall into the same trap of letting your dreams fade away. That’s why I’ve started this series. To get you motivated…for yourself, your family, your business, your work, or whatever…and keep the motivational fire burning brighter. You’ll see it isn’t as hard, and it doesn’t have to be as expensive, as you might have been lead to believe.
Stay tuned for part 2: Start Your Engines!

Would you invest $125 to save hundreds over the next few years?
Could you benefit from a tea that improves digestion?
Wanna know where you can really kick back and relax?…and have the confidence of knowing it’s all “green” with no harsh chemicals…only essential oils and herbs.
Look…saving the planet is a great idea. (although I don’t think we’re strong enough to destroy it)
But what good is saving the planet if none of us are even here to enjoy it. We’ve got to “save” us, too. And some of the best ways to do this are through the use of “green” ideas. I’m not an environmental extremist. I do like to keep things basic and pure; though. And you can find some great tips on how to get more “green” into your life at IdealBite.com I’m not an affiliate, so I don’t make any money if you visit their website. I just think they have a nice approach to this whole “green” thing. Check it out for yourself.
Learn some quick tips…who knows? Maybe you’re greener than you think you are.
To your great health,

You can’t be sick and write well…at least not for long.
Oh, you think you can? Think again. You need your health. It’s not just something that’s nice to have around. It’s the core essential to any job you do or any career you have.
Now put down that diet cola and repeat after me…I want to be healthy. ( I want to be healthy) I need to be healthy (are you repeating after me?) If I’m not healthy, I’m no good to anyone. (say it…it’s true) And if I’m healthy, I can overcome obstacles in my mind, body, and work.
OK. Do you believe it?
Well…believe it. Chew on this. You eat fast food everyday. You don’t exercise. You definitely don’t drink enough water, and even when you’re drinking it, it’s mixed with tea or coffee. And you think you can take your little one-a-day so-called vitamins and keep the bad times away.
Wrong.
You gotta stay well. People are depending on you to do your best. And when you’re constantly reaching for a tissue to honk your nose…or running for an umpteenth bathroom break…how much good work are you getting done? Have you seen a recent commercial where the guy doesn’t know how to get dressed or make breakfast or even get in his car? Turns out he gave up smoking, and he’s having to re-learn how to do everything without a cigarette in his hand.
Don’t be like that guy. Stay well. Be well. Start now. Be happy. Grin. It’s good for you. And you’ll keep your mind free to think up all kinds of things to write about.
It just worked for me.
I’m ready to listen,
