Does A Professional Writer Need Words…or Strategy?
Of course the answer is…yes!
When I first started writing for more than a grade in school, I never dreamed there’d ever come a time when writing would involve so much more than just cool, creative words on a page. But here we are in the “new web”…the social media circles…the online, internet marketing era.
And I love it.
Now, I can take a story (you do know your business has a story…right?) and write it a certain way and get it to show up on the first page of Google. And that organically drives traffic. And with traffic, your business can thrive.
But this isn’t automatic…despite what some marketers might tell you to the contrary when they’re trying to sell the next hyped-up “business on autopilot” course or software or ebook. Nope; it’s just good ol’ American conversation with an emphasis on customer service and strategy.
I’ve spent countless hours, days, weeks, and months learning how to write copy for business, how to build a relevant website, how to blog, etc. And it still boils down to this…
PEOPLE
Being a “real person” is still the best strategy. And following that up with “real customer service” is priceless.
If you’re not sure where to start with this, and if you’d like to build up the online presence for your business in weeks instead of years…I think I can help.
