Living in America is great. As far as I’m concerned, it’s still the best place on earth to live. We still enjoy more freedom than any other place…in spite of government; not because of…but that’s another subject. And we still have the highest standard of living…which could be making us toxic. It might even be killing us.
That’s a pretty harsh statement. What do I mean? Well…
- Much of our air is toxic…in major cities you can actually SEE it
- Much of our water is polluted…even that great bottled water you buy all the time
- Viruses and unhealthy bacteria are almost out of control
- Much of our typical food lacks nutrients and it gets bombarded with poisonous chemicals and hormones
- Even our hearts and minds often get polluted…mostly from the stress of the other things mentioned
Deaths from heart disease, cancer, strokes, diabetes, obesity, and other diseases account for more than 85 percent of all deaths. And many times a simple (well basically simple) lifestyle change could make the difference. Don’t be one of those statistics.
Ready to throw your hands up in the air and give up? Well, don’t. There are some great things you can do to alleviate a lot of these problems. But it takes something a lot of people don’t have…commitment. Do you have it? Or do you think you can build it up in yourself? If so, you can enjoy a healthier, happier life and lifestyle. But it’s not an easy thing to do…especially with so many of your friends, family, and co-workers doing their parts to sabotage your efforts. How? Well, they feed you negative comments. They nay say and scoff. They do just about anything but encourage. Why?
Because they’re discouraged and not willing to commit. And they certainly don’t need some do-gooder showing them up when it comes to good food choices and moving around more. Once you commit to healthier choices, you become a beacon of light, and so many others choose to put on their sunglasses and roll down the shades.
I’ll be sharing some things you can do to offset the effects of bad air, water, chemicals, germs, and pesticides. But I want you to think about this until then…YOUR FATE IS NOT SEALED.
You can change the way you’re living and take advantage of our high standard of living. It’s a matter of choices. Ready?
